The room at Hanover Hideaway was cozy and charming, with a touch of old-world elegance. It made me feel like I was in a fairytale! The beds were super comfortable and the decor was delightfully rustic. I loved having two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. It was perfect for my adventurous spirit, ensuring I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring Scarborough.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of baths, so having two bathrooms with options for a bath or shower was not my cup of tea. However, I understand that many guests might appreciate the versatility and find it a great feature.

The house was clean, spacious, and well-presented. The welcome basket and recommendations booklet were a nice touch. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and the bedrooms had extra pillows and blankets. The location was central and had parking.
The house is set over multiple flights of stairs, which can be a bit of a workout, especially if you have small children. The view from the house is not great, as it is overlooked by poorly maintained flats.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was clean, well-presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of soft towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, and the appliances were in good working order. The property was spacious, with roomy bedrooms and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the welcome pack from the host and the assistance with parking permits. The location was great, just a short walk to the town center shops, harbor, and beach. The access instructions were thorough and easy to follow. we were impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, location, and helpful staff at this property.
Nothing to dislike.
